As a Team Member focused on sales, you will play a key role in helping clients find the right insurance and financial solutions to meet their needs. While prior sales experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, but it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by identifying their insurance and financial service needs
- Support the agent in generating new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Provide product information and explain coverage options clearly and accurately
- Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and agency targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
- Sales experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or other) preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
